FAQ - HERE'S WHAT OTHERS WANTED TO KNOW

1. Complaints: Anything that strikes or bothers you.

We always want to improve ourselves and you are here to help us do so! Write us if you have complaints that affect our parking spaces at the lake: parking@pragserwildsee.com. For complaints related to the road closure, please consult the Prags Tourist Board's website or write directly to info@pragsertal.info.

2. Can I reserve a parking space by phone?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Book your parking ticket conveniently on the portal www.pragsparking.com and pay with your credit card. You’ll receive your parking ticket in real time and you can save it on your smartphone.

3. I booked a parking space online. Do I have an assigned space now?

No, the booking only guarantees a parking space for your car. There is no parking space number associated with it. You can take any free spot.

4. What is the advantage of booking a lot online at parking lot P4 that is located directly at the lake

By booking online, you’ll get access and a parking space right on the lake during the summer access closure. From July 10th to September 10th, 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m., access to the lake is restricted for cars, motorcycles and buses. Only guests at the Hotel Pragser Wildsee or people who have reserved a parking space online may drive up to the lake and park there.

5. I paid the parking ticket at the parking machine. How much time do I have to leave?

You have a margin of 15 minutes. Take your time and stow away your backpack in the car and take off your hiking boots. We don't want to rush you after you’ve enjoyed a beautiful day in nature.

6. What are the opening hours at the parking lot?

Parking lot P4 is open 24 hours a day. You can come and go whenever you want.

7. How do I pay for the parking lot?

Please pay at the automatic cash kiosks at the parking lot, with EC card (Bankomat), credit card (Attention: no American Express) or in cash with bills and coins.

8. Are the parking lots guarded?

Yes, the parking lots are video-monitored. Nevertheless, please be careful and do not leave any valuables in your car.
